What We've Been Doing:

Aprillian

You can level cooking really easy in Halfhill.

Shamaya is levelling like crazy in Terrakor Forest. I tried to keep up, she’s on some quests that are part of a chain.

Ashayo

Monk
- 23-24 in Stockades (no quests)

Professions
DE'ed all the greens I'd sent to my enchanter while levelling Shaman. Looked alot, so thought I'd try doing some enchanting levelling. Hit 600 easily with mats to spare! So now I can start making sha crystals each day.

Jekle & Anomander
- 88! Didn't find the breadcrumb quest - just rode into Townlong Steppes and started questing. Extra 8% is nice. Also helps for gathering, not just kills

Sha
- PvP Boots

LFR
- Cloak and pants - neither an upgrade!

Hi CAW Sweeties,

Hope this finds you all well and having a great week.
It's group huggles time :)
Was hoping to get an audio in to you this week however my hard drive decided to crash and burn!
Even though I backed it up awhile ago it seems I've lost everything.
So today's lesson is to remind everyone to regularly backup your files!
Anyway other then drives crashing, what have I been up to ingame!
It's been a busy week - I've been doing my daily grind and managed to get Exalted with Shado Pan, Klaxxi and The August Celestials. Got some pretty new mounts so was very excited :D
Also been busy doing Pet Battles - levelling a new team to 25 as well as a few different pets. Having alot of fun with them.
Am busy collecting and upgrading pets too - chasing the rare quality pets is keeping me busy busy lol.
I also managed to hit 12000 Achievements this week - completely amazed how far I've come in the 8 years I've played this game.
A big Happy Birthday to WoW - what an amazing journey it has been.
Too many great memories to share!
What are your favourite memories over the past 8 years?
Well I better stop typing and get this sent in so I don't miss the show :)
Have a wonderful show and big hugs to you all
Hugs Leeta xoxo
PS - Backup your files!!
PPS - Back them up regularly!!

Hey gang! Here's an audio submission. I failed to mention I have a screenshot of my Ashayo story. Hope to send it along when I get home. Take care!

Nekrobobs (Audio)
Hello wonderful CaW crew,

Its Mr. and Mrs. Nekrobob with an audio submission for this weeks show. We've been crazy busy building the props for the new Christmas show and have had no time to play WoW.
So much so that we completely missed the "Pilgrims Bounty" event (big sad face)
We do however hope to finish the "Feast of Winter Veil" event this year as we'll be taking most of the month of December off. My father, "Papa Nekronomicon" will be coming to visit for six weeks to spend Christmas and New Years with us (big smiley face).
Its going to be great fun having the whole forsaken family together for the holidays.

Thats all for now, we love you all so very much,

The Nekrobobs

and remember Undead love is forever...

Caitrin
Hello Aprillian, Ashayo, Jeppy, & Tedhra,

I've been meaning to write you all for quite some time, especially after you read my iTunes review, which had me grinning ear to ear while listening. I love your podcast which I look forward to every week and I guess I must talk a lot about it because if I have my headphones on and am laughing my head off my husband always asks: "Big G?"

While I don't have the amount of alts that you all have, I do have several alts spread over a few servers. Right now I'm mainly on one server playing with my guild "We Can Not Heal Stupid" and we just reached level 25. My main, Caitrin, is a mage and by far my favorite, though I do have 2 other level 90's aside from her: a shadow priest and a hunter. In between keeping up the farming on all 3 level `90's, I have narrowed down who needs what rep with who so that I'm not trying to get revered unnecessarily as I don't have the time. My main, on the other hand, always gets exalted with everyone, whether she needs it or not, just 'cause. I guess it's an OCD thing as I'm the type that has to fill the green bar all the way to 999/1000 on my main, otherwise it drives me crazy. Today I'll get exalted with August Celestials (talk about a grind! oy!) and then all I have left to do is get exalted with the Prince and Nat Pangle - though Nat is going to be one that I do when I'm bored and waiting for the next expansion.

I've also been leveling a resto shaman (she's 65 now), which I'm finding to be hella fun as well as a brewmaster monk, which I've been using to dabble in tanking. I'm not really a melee type player, I'm more the "stay in the background and be a sniper" type. While tanking has been fun to a certain extent, my current running theory is that most tanks start off as decent, hardworking, kind, caring, and most of all helpful people and by the time they have leveled all the way and then run through a few raids, they come out the bitter, angry, resentful, and hostile bunch we all know and love to hate. I know I'm painting a grim picture and not all tanks turn out that way (I personally know some great ones).. but I'm only level 25 on my monk and I've already gotten yelled at and called various names because I didn't do something or go the right way… or whatever. I totally understand the irritation that can arise from playing with a max level player that you assume should know some things beyond the basics, however at level 25? C'mon.  Many players seem to forget that there are totally new players out there as well as others like me who are trying something that they haven't done before. However, that all being said, as long as my minimum quota of fun is being filled, I'll keep leveling the monk as a tank.

That's about all that is going on in my world of warcraft and I really appreciate being able to hear about your playing experiences. I would love to be able to join Clan of Darkness and I already have a level 34 undead mage on Earthen Ring named Makaria. I've been wanting to level some Horde toons and get the full storyline from the Horde side and your guild seems like bunches of fun. I was thinking I could contribute a weekly email (well, bi-monthly for sure - I have two small kids) where at the end I give a lesson that I have learned over the last week as well as any good guild names I run across just because they can be so funny. So here goes:

Lesson I learned this week: Don't leave your keyboard where your two year old can get to it when you get up. I was running a dungeon, had to use the bathroom, came back to find that my little darling had woken from his nap and had pulled the boss with my toon by running straight into the boss. The rest of the group was asking if I was having a sudden seizure as my kiddo was slamming the keyboard, making her jump, run, and generally jerk about. Fortunately the group I was with had a great sense of humor and I promised my two year old he could have his very own toon one day as long as he stopped trying to ostracize mine and he had done all his homework. :D

Best Guild Name of the Week: "Exalted With Your Mom"

Cheers to you all and hopefully I'll see you around Azeroth!
Caitrin

This is a P.S. to my original email I sent a couple of days ago:

Dear Ashayo,

I was listening to you talk about trying to run the gauntlet of tornados in Heart of Fear. You may have gotten some answers to this by now, but just in case, I wanted to suggest what worked for me after several attempts that kept me spinning down that hall the whole fight. I typically move by using the joystick on my Nostromo which has me staring down at my toon at the default angle from behind. I could run around a few of the tornados, but I would always end up not being able to anticipate where I needed to go at some point and that was the end of that. I was about to completely give up on that aspect of the fight in LFR when, out of an old habit of moving, I pressed down both mouse keys to go forward. While I generally find being level to the ground and directly behind my character annoying as it is a very restricting viewpoint, it turned out to be perfect for the tornado gauntlet. Looking at them straight on and swerving my toon with my mouse around the tornados got me to the boss every time except once when I accidentally blinked into one, but that doesn't count. :D

I hope this helps. :)

Pilgrim's Bounty!!!
Greetings to Ctrl-Alt-WoW!

Voltandra has really gotten into the spirit of Pilgrim's Bounty.  I think it's the influence of the Pandaren, with their emphasis on food and beverages. Anyway, she's been running around all morning, putting together her achievements. I've attached a screenshot of her belting out some tunes while standing atop a bounty table in Darnassus, on the way to the Pilgrim's Peril achievement. She did get that achievement after battling a number of guards at the Ironforge tables. My alts always have trouble there - darn dwarves are hypervigilant, I guess. Attached audio will demonstrate her enthusiasm for this particular holiday.

I'm off to Maine for the holiday, so I may not have as much game time, but I'll be enjoying my share of actual food and beverages. I hope everyone is doing well and having a ball, both in and out of game!

Things I'm thankful for in WoW

Dear CAW crew:

Around this time each year my boys are asked, either in school or in Cub Scouts, about what they are most thankful for. Reflecting on what you have rather than what you don’t have is important to maintaining a positive outlook on life. I thought that I might come up with some cheery expressions of gratitude for my WoW experience.

I am thankful for . . .

  • Klaxxi buffs-I love when bugs burst from the corpses of my slain enemies
  • Klaxxi voices-I love their sinister speech. Memories of Transformers cartoons and Voltron.
  • Living Steel- my main money maker. Cha-ching!
  • Blingtron-
  • Scenarios-for fairly easy Valor or Justice points
  • The Halfhill market- which reminds me of New York/Chinatown street vendors, including the drunk by the river who will do anything for money. <wink-wink>
  • Saturday mornings- when my boys beg me to play with their little WoW toons. My six year-old’s panda has been level 4 for a month and a half now and he loves it.
  • Ctrl-Alt-Wow- the merry band of misfits that put out  a quality podcast, and their merry following of freaks (<coughs into hand> Juuno)
  • Shmyaa-whose dry monotone responses in contrast to Aprillian’s chipper voice on their recorded segments always makes me laugh.

Thanks guys, and have a Happy Thanksgiving to those in the U.S.

Regards,

Mars

What We've Been Doing:

Aprillian

Took a Nevikhoof Dranei to DMF for the first time.

Keeping up with the farm for Tiiaa, having a hard time getting there. Just planting random things.

Did Alchemy on Astara, she’s leveling like crazy with the herbs

Fretting about the levels I’m going to get from Shamaya. I want  her to give me levels on a panda, but I neglected to make one on ER

Ashayo

  • Tried Click to move. Don’t like it. “Can’t do that while moving”. Mobs arn’t there when you get there.
  • Busy week! DMF prof quests on all toons, which means digging for archeology. Plus dailies. Plus farms.  Bought the DMF Balloon. Disappointed to find it can't battle. Thought it might just have a helium attack that made your opponent laugh.

  • Druid / DK dual boxing
    • Finished up Jade Forest - 85% into 86. Heading to Krasarang Wilds, since I didn't do that on the first toon Pandarian starting zone. Getting quite a few meta designs for JC.
    • Finished Krasarang Wilds 53% into 87 to get [Mighty Roamin' Krasaranger]. Pretty good for a JC - got 5 of the primal diamond meta designs out there.
    • Tanked Shado-pan monastery on my DK. Only one wipe on last boss!

  • Played my monk a little.
    • First death at 7 fighting Raggis at the Brewery.
    • When heading west from the central temple to Morning Breeze Village, be sure to stop at the bridge and listen to the song and the story of the turtle and explorers.
    • Jojo Ironbrow cracks me up. Asking to collect wood and stone to karate chop
    • Doing injured (alliance) sailor quest, made sure I did a couple of rolls on the way back to rough them up.

  • Amazing how people don't plan ahead - green leaf tea went from 2g to 4g80s durnig DMF for cards. First time I’ve really tried to sell darkmoon cards at all. Some success.
  • Shaman
    • [Friends on the farm] achievement - best friends with everyone. Get a Red Cricket pet from Sho
    • Finished Dread Wastes zone to open more Klaxxi dailies
    • Sha of Anger - Actual won tier pants!
    • Klaxxi revered quest - "Dropping our signal" ; bugged if you are grouped and someone else uses the tuning fork. On the follow up "Corruption Runs Deep", don't fly off like I did. wait for role play and mob spawn.
    • LFR - Survived the Elegon fight this week - killed him about 3 seconds before the enrage timer
  • Alts - Professions
    • Tailoring now at 586. Was intending to make leg enchants for the raid team, but it requires honored with Golden Lotus to buy the recipe!
    • Engineering at 580 (now require harmony to to do it sensibly)
    • Blacksmithing at 578 (now require access to Vale of Eternal Blossom), and honored with Klaxxi to make belt buckles
    • FINALLY got a transmute proc on Living Steel - x4 thank you very much. And during laaag!
  • Misc
    • Make sure you get the blingtron when up! Got 5xMote of Harmony from blingtron!

Hi CAW gang!
Today was the best day  so far in WOW  for me! After a few weeks of leveling to 90 so that I could get the Anglers dailies to open up, I finally got the one thing I really wanted, Anglers Fishing Raft. I am enclosing a screen shot of Bonmarrow ( my shadow priest) enjoying a ride around the Anglers Warf. She is holding her prized Masterclass Kalu'ak fishing Pole.  To me this set of fishing gear is better than any weapon or trinket. I plan to spend many hours out on the  waters of Pandaria enjoying the scenery!

Thanks for giving me hours of  listening entertainment and information about the game I truly love.

Here is a direct link and an html link  to the screen shot if it's easier to post on the web page.

Hey gang! Great show! Aprillian,  It was great seeing the pic of you and RogueSlayer! Looks like you two were having a blast! And how did the comic-con go?
Hey I wanted to share something with you all that was kind of funny. At least in my head.  Can't remember what the subject was but you all were talking about something and Aprillian mentioned Hyacinth Bucket. Well I have this thing when picking names for my alts that sometimes goes off on wierd tangents when trying to finalize one. So about a week after MOP launched, I wanted to start a panda and bring him into COD. So I was trying to come up with a name and my first thought was I wanted to come up with something British in honor of one of my heros in game, ElJeppy. So one of my fav British shows is Keeping up Appearances. And thinking panda bear turned into Boo Boo from Yogi Bear and I thought of Hyacinth and that turned into Booquet! Even though it seems more French than British, the origin was British. I wasn't even planning on relaying this but when Hyacinth popped up in the show last week, I couldn't resist.  He is still in the starting zone but someday he'll join the horde and Clan of Darkness. I'm sure many of you do the same type of thing when trying to come up with names for alts. Anyway, you are all my heros and I plan to honor you all in some way with alt names in the future. Take Care everyone. Donnie.
P.s. Junno! Wow you have a lovely singing voice! I would love to hear more. And Rogueslayer, you are awesome!!! And thanks so much Aprillian and  Big G! I will cherish the collectors edition!

HI Caw Crew!

Still behind in my listening but hope all is going well! I've been fairly busy leveling on my main Pryderic who just last night dinged 90! It's my first 90 and I know I'm behind most people but I'm really pleased I finally made it. Only a couple of my EU guildies were on but it happened while I was questing in the Dread Wastes. As far as my Loremaster progression is going I finished up Kun-Lai Summit last night so that's 4 completed zones. There's still a ways to go but I'll get there in time.

Apart from that, I've been taking a new approach to my show recordings given that I have such little time now and that seems to be working well. I put another episode out last night though I've spent most of this morning normalizing the audio and recompiling it because the voice audio was to quiet so by the time the show is recording the new version will be uploaded.

You guys are awesome!

Cheers,

Rigarmorty

Hello again to everyone at Ctrl-Alt-WoW!

Given that this week's recording is the middle of the night in my timezone, I'm not sure I'll be joining in the chat room. But I guess by the time you're reading this, you'll know whether or not I made it.

This week I returned to my original toon, Rogueslayer, who has been parked in Sholazar Basin for some time now, stuck at 76. Upon release, she managed to work her way to 80, at which point she had a choice to make. The attached audio takes you behind the scenes on that decision-making process.  It all turned out well, and at the the time of this email (Sunday afternoon), she is at 83 with an eye on 84. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I hope everyone's continuing to have a wonderful time both in and out of game.

Hello CAW crew!
Hope you all had a good week both in and out of game? Didn't get a chance to make an audio submission but thought I'd email in.
I did LFR for the first time this week and have killed all 6 bosses of Mogu'shan Vaults, I have to say I'm a little disappointed. LFR seemed very easy to me! I went in with very little knowledge of the fights and although we wiped a couple of times on certain bosses, for the most part we just flew through. I guess I understand that Blizzard has to design LFR to be accessible to all so I wont complain to much. Anyway after killing 11 bosses (still have one left to kill before the reset) and using Elder Charm's of Good Fortune after each kill Ive gotten four iLevel 476 upgrades which brings my average iLevel up to 465.
Other than LFR I've been running heroics for off-spec enhancement gear. I wanted a dps spec for doing daily's. Speaking of dailys I'm now exalted with the Tillers and have started doing the Golden Lotus dailys but unfortunately haven't managed to get them done every day.
Well thats about it, looking forward to the podcast!
Saulius
P.S After Jeppy's reaction last episode I have to make it clear that Jeppy is obviously the bestest multiboxer and is also much better than me at being English! ;)

Hello CAWS!  I am bound by the unfair servitutitous that I find myself in to send you this message.  SO...here!

Hagitha

What We've Been Doing:

Aprillian

Weird training and then going to buy the mount and realizing you already own it. In Dal, seeing lots of people running around.

Want to level First Aid, linen is too expensive on AH.

Tiiaa went farming, thanks to Ashayo

Spent time leveling up Prillian in JC, which seems silly.

Followed Shamaya around. We got into a debate about her granting me a level, she was half a level ahead, I said I could just wear my heirlooms.

Gifts for the Tiller, is this the caged guy, or the Felwood stuff
Shamaya wanted to level up skinning, went to Durator and then Ashenvale, Tanaris and finally the Crater. I was busy, put myself on follow.
The Venomhide quest, didn’t explain the implications.
Nice changes in the Crater. Loved the ashes
Explaining Ironman

Ashayo

LFR - 3rd boss only
LFR - 1st boss not too bad. 2nd boss wipefest. people already just wanting to stand there and expect healers to heal through it
LFR - first 3 bosses. won pants off 3rd. Still no idea what's going on
Also got my first Sigil of Power, which are quest items for the Legendary quest chain.
Decided I needed a 2 seater flyer on 2nd account. Mats for vial of sand not being farmed- had to fish and herb!
Questing with Molly - gratz on 90. Mages are squishy!
Heroics - head peice yay

Finally maxed out cooking  & Way of the pot.

TImed how long to do daily farm ritual - solid 30 mins on a good day.

Daily fun: Roll Club: Serpent's Spine. Super Mario run!

Questing through Jade Forest at a more leisurely pace on Jekle and Anomander. Some quests seem silly that you both have to do them - eg saving the panda cubs up the trees.
Sad I can't use the Sandstone drake while questing before 90.
Strange that some quests give rewards for some classes and just gold for others. My 'training' in Tian Monastery ended in gold for the druid, and a blue 2H weapon for the Death Knight. Other quests like "Back to Nature" are even stranger. You throw a bottle at a mob to release a spirit. If the spirit is angry and you have to kill it, both get credit. But if the spirit just runs off, only the tosser gets credit.
Also some weird stuff that happens if you are grouped when a cutscene starts - on multiple occasions, the 2nd toon suddenly got dropped from a great height when the cutscene on the 1st toon started.
This happened in the questing area of Temple of the Jade Serpent. When I tried to run back, I ended up in the instance. Finally had to wowhead-it.

Having some fun in AH. Put up 1 green tea leaf for 55s, and watched as I was undercut - and happily bought them.

Alts galore

Greetings to Ctrl-Alt-WoW from the edge of Hurricane Sandy!

I had planned on working a bit more on today's audio and sending it later in the week, but there's a chance I may not have electricity by the time this storm is through.  So off it goes on a Monday, perhaps a little more rough around the edges than usual.

Now that Voltandra has hit 90, I find myself in a bit of an alt-fest right now, switching back and forth, questing this one, dailying that one, pet battling with that one over there, plus all of those candy buckets - you know how it is.  So today's audio has the toons' opinions on the power of alts.  Enjoy!

I hope everyone had a great week, and that everyone stayed out of the way of hurricane-blown objects!

Audio from Strumpet

Hi there!
Just a little voicemail from me :)

Re: what's been going on this week

Hi Friends,

Mandrageron here returning to the Wow universe after being away for over a year.  I fell to the curse of making it to level 82 and just getting tired of killing rock people on the way to 85; and the temptation of needing to play some of the Bioware games that were on the horizon of the holiday season last year.

Before I ran out and purchased my copy of MOP I made sure to tune back into my favorite Wow show this one of course to see what had changed and to here about the adventures of the four (I mean three hosts, plus chat room supervisor).  Honestly I wish I would have taken time to really check out what it meant to have an I Level of 360 before I made my trip to the lost continent; after all I am was an epic lvl 85 Death Night.  Needless to say following many deaths latter I quickly made a return to the auction house to purchase new gear.

I made it to 86.8 before I finally gave into the lust for all of the leather that I finally came across just like you said I would.  Thus the change to my hunter who was a skinner began and was just completed last week when I dinged 90.  Honestly this is the first time when I’ve reached max level this early into an expansion since I began playing shortly after the launch of BC.  To deal with the long road that was 89 to 90 I decided how close to 90 I could come from 89.5 by just running around grabbing candy from the pumpkins in the inn’s.

Lastly I had the chance to here the recent episode where our someone did an amazing job to convince their friend to share the blue they just found after promising to share any gold made off of the auction house.  Honestly it made me thankful that China never choose to hire said host to pose as the person who promised a lot of gold in exchange for my credit card number. (Lol)  But then again maybe they are smarter than we know and it is via this method that China has chosen to use to purchase so much of our nation.  If not, well then maybe they should take that under consideration after hearing her powerful skill’s of communication.

Hey gang!
Awesome show last week! Omg Aprillian...I was laughing hysterically during your audio with Shamaya! When it was over and the gang was giving you a hard time, I laughed even more. But I do want to stick up for you a little by saying Shamaya is actually getting the better end of the deal by only having to give up a few blues in essence for all the help she is getting from you. Now the fact that you may be adding an ounce of deception in not explaining the AH to her can also be attributed to the fact that there is another host on the show that might be better suited in guiding her on the intricacies in that area, so why bother right? Anyway the coolest thing about the whole segment was the "negotiation", the bartering back and forth and then sealing the deal with a "high five"! Priceless! Just another reason why I love this game! It can transform us to places in our lives where making "deals" in the schoolyard were the norm or making a pact with a special handshake or gesture brought two friends closer to another. Thanks so much for that.
On a gaming note I noticed the other day as I was mining nodes in pandaria, I would ride up to the node, click on it, would start mining, then the "interrupted" alert would flash and the mining ceased. I thought something was buggy so I tried dismounting before I mined the ore and everything worked as normal. Has anyone else noticed this change? I am assuming they may have done it to stop people from flying in and ninja-ing nodes from non flyers. Or it may be a bug. Anyway, keep up the great work gang! And EVERYONE take care. Donnie.

A long rambling submission!

Hello CAW crew!
It's been the best part of a year since my last submission, shame on me! I hope this email finds you all well.
The submissions is abit long and I say "erm" far to much so my apologies!
Mumble server details (spoiler if you haven't listened to the submission yet!)

P.S I cant believe I forgot to mention in this submission that I got the headless horseman's mount!

Greetings from The Netherlands.

Hello Ctrl alt WoW crew,

This is my first e-mail and i just love listening to your show.
My name is Danny and i am from The Netherlands, i play an Orc hunter called Viswijf, wich means fishwife :-)

I had a week off from work and decided to put some time in on WoW, started 2 weeks late with MoP after giving away all my stuff and gold ( like 400k worth ) and saying never to return again, LOL :-)
My hunter was 90 for a while now and i planned to level up my alt 85 priest and perhaps my 85 druid to 90.
Only thing i forgot is that i hate leveling and i only got my priest to level 86 this week...
I got no idea how you guys do it, i leveled my alts with RaF and even the 300% xp was too slow for me but i had to play with the guy i recruited.

So i decided to get some things done on my hunter, done some golden lotus daily's untill i reached honored and then i never touched them again, oh the painfull grind of daily's.
Now for some good moments the past week :-D
I got my spirit pet after hunting it for a few days and seeing it dead twice and getting killed myself by 2 stupid alliance guys who also killed the pet.
But now i am the proud owner of Karoma the spirit wolf.
Later that morning i did a BWL run and finally got my transmog bow, making the T2 belt the only thing i miss from this old lovely raid.
But my luck didn't end there, i whent on and did Molten Core and got my 2nd windseeker binding with in 10 runs !!!! Lucky me !
After that i took a guildie with me and we whent for Tempest Keep, this was my 3th Tempest Keep run and i looted the Ashes of Al'ar ! OMG ! :-D

So all in all it was a fine WoW week for me.
Didn't get my alts up but i reached some other goals in RBG's and Arena and got a freaking nice mount and a loyal pet !

If you guys like i will send more e-mails about my week in WoW.

For the Horde !

Update for Caoboi and Ice
Hey crazy crew! The new and ever improving Valentines have been playing a ton of WoW and it feels so good.  So much to say.

Pet battles have been put on hold in order to get our mains to 90. I'm really close to 89 and J is 89. There are a lot of things that we observed that we love.

The farming is amazing, the phasing is genius in this expansion, the art and soundtrack are definitely the best they have ever done. The quests haven't changed in their base mechanics (escort, delivery, talking, kill, and gather) but they just feel more fun.

It's been a great ride so far and I really don't want it to end! J got his skinning and mining all the way up and I got my herbalism up to Pandoria level and I'm almost done with Jewelcrafting and leatherworking.

We aren't bored and we can't wait for more. You'll hear more from us when we start raiding.

Have fun and for the horde.

Ice and Cao

Audio for you ears
Not much to say this week I will try and keep it short

Rigarmorty Email Update

Hi Caw crew!

Literally not a great deal to report this week. I'm plowing through Kun Li Summit on my main who dinged 89 yesterday. Apart from that and putting out my Halloween Special episode I haven't had a great deal of time to play and I'm still behind in all my podcast listening but I do most of my catching up on the weekends.

Hope your all well and fingers crossed I start getting more time to do audios again!

Cheers,

Rigarmorty

Busy with Annivesery

Hey CaW crew so sorry for last minute email but we've only just returned from being been away this week celebrating our first year wedding anniversary. Lots of time to party but not much time for wow. Below are some pictures of our party where we had an awesome time (as well as a link to more pix).

Love you all

Audio Submission for contest entry.

G'day CAW crew,

Here is my audio submission for the 13th of Oct.

I did record this while driving. So you'll hear small amounts of background noise. I promise I didn't have the orchestra in the back seat for the music.

Seriously... I didn't.

FOR THE DROP BEAR MAFIA and the HORDE!

PS. My apologies, for some reason the mp3 itself wouldn't attach, so I had to put it in a .rar. Hope this is ok.

Contest Audio

Hey gang! Great show last week! Aprillian, you mentioned Shamaya asking you about killing Sylvaanas and you quoted her saying, "cant we just kill her?" I'm not buying that. By listening to you both battling, and how intense she gets, I'm sure her quote was more along the lines of "Why don't we just waste the bitch!"
So ummm I made an audio for the contest. Buuuuuttttt it's over 4 minutes long and I couldn't trim any more so I'm sure I've disqualified my entry. But I still have a chance to win on Big G's submission! Thanks for that bud. And it sounds like you got to experience pet battles last week without even venturing into wow!!! So I've attached my submission anyway, take care everyone and hope to see you in game. Donnie.

CE MOP Contest

Liteharted CE Submission
Favored Foursome and Fans,

Here's my brief audio submission.  I almost missed the cut-off because I was 2-3 weeks behind in my podcasts after a couple very busy weeks at work which drastically cut into my time to run (which is when I get to do most of my podcast listening).

Hopefully in the next week or two I'll get back with you about the joys of pet battling with my son who is too young for WoW, but is a big fan of Pokemon.

Quick tip for those who may be listening on this final day of Hallow's End, because the broom is instant cast, it can be very handy for those times you run or jump off cliffs.  It's about as good as been a druid! I've been loving it and will soon miss it.  Fortunately, I'm a mage, so I can still use slow fall in emergencies.

For the Alliance! (And squeaky or high pitched voices are fine because 3 out of 11 of my toons on my main server are gnomes--including my main who is a mage, a shadow priest [inspired by Ashayo or Jeppy's disdain for the idea], and a monk (Litefu)].

5 Liteharted and his many alts.

P.S. I'll try not to get into how my second month of refer-a-friend has only culminated in 30 some levels earned (not given).  I wouldn't want Jeppy to risk apoplexy.  On the other hand, he may be rejoicing since the attainment of further levels would go to the shadow priest gnome.
