Well as you already know our Juuno is at BlizzCon and having a blast from the pictures she is posting, she called me
Thursday night from her car. And nope not on a cell phone, something to do with the steering wheel, hands free for sure lol
I'd say she is loving her new little cute car and it's about time that old van of hers was on it's last wheel!
I didn't do much this week in game, had some sort of cold going on but as a true altaholic had to do at least pet battles. Did level up a few for Donnie to give away for his on going contest. And I also did the quest Flower Power for those of you that haven't done it, you really should, it's fun.
Oh and I'm so excited about the new expansion coming
out, yep did a lot of watching and listening too BlizzCon like I'm sure all of us did. Wow and did I hear right player's housing? Watched the tournaments today and all I can say is WOW, think I was even doing a little jumping around in my chair yelling too!

1/ DMF - no luck with Jeremy Feasel the Weasel again this month
Did get a Darkmoon Top Hat for Leeta and proceeded to rep grind to get some ShaoHao rep - went to do the rope walk to get the chest and promptly fell to my death which meant I lost the buff!

I THOUGHT I'D SHARE A LITTLE STORY ABOUT MY LATE NIGHT "PLAY STYLE".
IT'S ORIGIN AND HOW IT MANIFESTED.
BACK IN THE LATE(ISH) 70'S, MY DAD WAS WORKING FOR SEARS ROEBUCK & COMPANY AND GOT HIS HANDS ON A PARTICULARLY SPECIAL ITEM !
AS HE WORKED THE NIGHT SHIFT, ..... OUR SUPRISES USUALLY CAME THRU THE FRONT DOOR AFTER OUR BEDTIME, BUT THIS NIGHT WAS DIFFERENT! WE KNEW WHAT WAS COMING, .......
SOMEHOW MY BROTHER AND I CONVINCED OUR MOM THAT WE JUST "HAD" TO STAY UP AND WAIT FOR IT!

new contest for Swift Windsteed
Hello Ctrl Alt Wow Crew,
It is Matahorn writing again. I thought that I would Email in with a new Contest that might get people thinking and using their imagination. We all have a story about the first thing that we saw in this Fantastic game we love to play that made us stand in wonder at the scope of the game. Well I thought that you could have a competition to find out these stories but just to make it interesting we would do it in the words of the character we were playing at the time.
The prize would be a Swift Windsteed that I donated. We could make it that you can send Email or an Audio. I thought I would Write first just so you can see the Idea.
I had barely just started my journey and already I had done so much. I was finally on my way out of Northshire Valley where I had been doing odd Jobs for Marshal McBride. It was good to be on those cobble stones again heading down the road. The day seemed brighter somehow but I guess it was because I am back on the road to adventure again. Marshal McBride sent me to see Marshal Dughan and hand in his report.
The next town if you can call it that is called Goldshire which is basically 2 buildings. I went into the Tavern which is called The Lion's Pride Inn. It looked very cosy in there with the fire crackling and the smell of Lunch cooking in the inn's kitchen. I was tempted to say and put my feet up but it was too early to call it a day. I turned to leave the Inn but I was happy I had this new place to stay after my Adventuring for the day.
I crossed the road and just outside the only other building which appeared to be a blacksmiths was the man I had been sent to see. Marshal Dughan was waiting for me and as soon as I gave him the report from Marshal McBride he sent me on another job to a mine sown south. I was about to head That way when The Blacksmith called out to me. He had a job that would send me to Stormwind. Normally I would of walked but this time they wanted me to take the Gryphon. They are so majestic with the head and wings of an eagle and the body of a lion. I have been to stormwind many times as a boy but rarely on a Gryphon.
As I flew over the trees I imagined I was on my own mount flying into battle. I could see the white stones and blue Roofs of Stormwind in the distance. I still feel my breath catch as I look at this Magical City. There is so much History to it. As the Gryphon heads in for a landing I look down to the entrance of the City. There are 5 Marble Statues with Gold Plating that I have seen up close many times. They have Golden Plaques with each person's great deeds. I imagine myself up there. I am only a new Warrior but I hope to be in many battles and to one day be counted among these 5 Heroes.
Anyway I hope you get many People enter and be creative. Loving the all Girl Podcast you Ladies put together.

Another week without wow
Sorry for another week without a audio didn't get my melted phone back till Wednesday and have spent the last few days trying to get the new phone back to what the old one was like installed the (word that I can't spell) onto my new toy so if this one melts I can still remove the need from my account via my phone. Got the new toy Friday and have been havering a blast with tiny Death Star like tiny tower only cooler because it's Star Wars can't wait till warlords comes out so I can boost my toons to 90. Once again @ashyo has spoken and blizzard has listened I am sure wow geeky has a direct line to Mike now just need him to say my name enough on the show and I will get my own charter in game. Did like the hints that thral shall be dropping the hammer this expansion and wow doesn't the new out lands look pretty or are they the old out lands who knows just need them to shut up and take my money. Will have to talk with grand nagus to get the full run down also cool to hear the emerald dream is still in the pipe line it's just to big right now. plus I see hearthstone is going Mobil I fore see the end of a lot of jobs when it dose. Plus where do I get hold of the juuno hearthstone card she surely a rare spawn gold shiny if I have ever seen one.
P.s I will play wow this week I am sure of it plus BF4 sucked in the single player mode I pay $108 I want more than 4 hours of playtime before I see credits.

My week has been busy both in and out of game.
Some recent achievements that I've earned on my rogue Clogalis has been: Earn 100,000 Valor Points, earn exalted reputation with The Anglers and Chapter IV: Celestial Blessings which is associated with the legendary quest chain. I still have a bit more to do for the legendary cloak but I believe I'm nearly there.
This week I attended the Clan of Darkness Friday night raid event and I must say it was a lot of fun running with so many people to whom I look up to. I have been in a lot of guilds, some were social levelling guilds, some raiding, small and large, but never have I found the level of comradery that is displayed from the Clan of Darkness community.

I tried your method in the gambling cave on the timeless isle and while it didn't reward me the pet, it was still quite a good return.
I started with 49,000 timeless coins and bought as many keys as I could. With beads of perspiration forming on my brow, one by one I opened the boxes. I won 11 pieces of timeless gear with 1 burden of eternity, and 1 of the boxes gave me 10,000 coins! So by the time I finished I was only down by 2,000 coins.
I applied the burden to the timeless head piece then upgraded it twice with valor points, this raised my average ilevel on Clogalis to 540! The other 10 timeless pieces I will send to alts, however on Earthen Ring I only have Clogalis and Ragulfa so I might bring some level 90 alts across from my old realm.

I've just had a

This spring I was very
surprised to realize, that it would be possible for me to attend my first Blizzcon in person this year. I made all the reservations, and preparations, and then held my breath for six months hoping nothing would happen to prevent this adventure. My luck held, and Thursday I flew to California.

Thursday evening was also the time to pick up Blizzcon badges. I joined the end of a massive line of gamers at 4:30 pm. Along to the way to badge counter, I saw people who fit every kind of gamer stereotype, and people who broke all of them. There was every kind of costume, and eccentricity, and total urbanity too, and everybody fit in. This was our place. I sent a twitter message to Juuno, and the other people I knew, out in that crowd somewhere: "These truly are my people, but this line may be the first time I ever didn't feel nerdy enough." I got my badge at 6:30 pm, it was a long wait, but they did have about 20,000 to pass out. I thought for sure I'd see Juuno, but no such luck, there would be plenty of time to find her on Friday.
The opening ceremony Friday morning was.. unreal! Not only did Blizzard announce, and show, game, after awesome game, but I was surrounded by tens of thousands of other gamers who were loving this news as much as me. Throughout Friday, I attended two more panels about changes to World of Warcraft, met author Christie Golden who was signing her World of Warcraft books, and roamed the convention hall marveling at all the Blizzcon sights, and sounds. I think I must have met 5000 people Friday, but none of them were Juuno. We messaged each other, back, and forth, but never managed to be in the same place, at the same time.
Saturday morning I planned to watch just the first semi-final match in the Hearthstone tournament, but the competition was so much fun, that I stayed through to see the champion. I've played enough Hearthstone that I can understand the moves, unlike Starcraft which confuses me. Jeppy's favorite, Total Biscuit was casting the matches, he's really very good. Blizzcon has a big summoning stone just like you see outside the dungeons, and I finally met Junno there Saturday afternoon (no, I did not click on the stone to summon her, though I was about ready to try). Juuno was dressed, and made up as Forsaken, and as we spoke people would stop, to ask for her picture. I also met a bunch of WoW insider writers, some of the WoWhead staff, and a quite a few podcasters. Still, my best Blizzcon achievement, was meeting a Clan of Darkness guildie in real life!
As this Blizzcon ends, I hope to attend another one some day, and meet more of you if I do. Not so much for the news that Blizzard releases, but for the brief sense of community that's here. For a few days, this really is our place, and anyone who doesn't have a champion, and never slays demons, is kinda weird.

So I have watched like 6 hours or so of blizzcon as I send this and for the first time in quite some time I am officially excited for most of the new releases heroes of the storm may get me to play a game in that gean at last because it looking awesome. Kerrigan ridding a wolf I am sold plus vampire hunter in a pimp hat and etc rocking the 80's look just take my money already. Player housing is coming to wow which is looking super sweet now if they can deliver I like they are getting some assassin creed into my WoW. Finally you have the diablo 3 expansion which may re spawn my interest in it so I say well done blizzard you ran a good show this year so far and I am yet to be disappointed well besides the only one toon to 90 thing but hey at least I will have one at 90.

And for chromie finally working out that if you stop the horde from invading aseroth then you in turn stop the lich king and there fore save the dragons because no invasion means so many wrongs can be righted. But then again will the scourge stand for being made no more will lady silvanace give up the power she has gained to restore her humanity so many question so few answers only time will tell me thinks.

It has never happened that I write to you 2 weeks in a row but I come bearing a gift.
I won the top 25 in Guild activity competition we had last week in the game. I won an Armored Bloodwing and I thank Donnie for the gift. I already have this mount so I thought I would give it to you Ladies to give away.
