Right after the show last week two weeks ago, I worked on my WrA priest. She dinged 11. The I promptly set her aside and didn’t touch her again.
Then Grand Nagus, BigG, Constraxx and I went to the Obsidian Sanctum, but we didn’t get a mount drop.
Then we went over to the Nexus. Ditto.
Despite the lack of good drops, we did get quite a few achievements, and Grand Nagus dragged BigG and me into Wintergrasp...and we got a victory. I think we were the only ones in the zone…
The three of us also did….well, a bunch of stuff. That I didn’t take notes on, but we did them. ;) I know there was the opening of the Dark Portal, and some Wyrmrest Temple stuff. I picked up another Oh, and we tried to take down Deathwing. G and I died in seconds. Nagus? Almost soloed it as a hunter. Wow. Just WoW.
We did Uber Noobers the next day, but Vrishna covered that last week.
I soloed An’Quiraj again, trying for those pets. I’ve found that I can really only take out the twins with my mage, but only my DK can kill Viscidus. So I only get one chance of a pet drop on each toon, and it’s not the same one.
Thanks to Leeta and Grand Nagus, who as everyone knows are AWESOME. They quickly leveled me the two pets I need to level with Squirt. And then I proceeded to level about 20 pets to 25 over the course of two hours. No extras like the safari hat or treats, just battles with Squirt. Yeah. I have the bug now. Got a few achievements for that, including
Grand Nagus and I did Karazhan, but no pets or mounts. :(
He then took me out to the Isle of Thunder. It was my first time there. He helped me get all four of the pets, and I racked up a good number of the bones. I plan on going back and farming for the mount. ^.^ Oh, and we took down Oondasta and he got the mount!
I joined my first real PvP battle - I went to Ashran!
I went to each. And. Every. One. of the battle pet trainers in Eastern Kingdoms, then in Kalimdor, looking for a way to battle one. The first time searching, I went to the ones I didn’t show as having beaten. Nada. Then I went to the ones I HAD beaten. It was the last possible one before I found the quest. But now I have
On Wednesday, I went with Saeureon and Grand Nagus to do some Achundon dungeons. GN was blinking at things on his DK, while Sae and I were just soaking in the XP. I got about 4 levels before I had to go. Sae got somewhere in the 70s!
I did Ulduar and ran into someone with some mighty fine fashion sense!
I remembered Leeta talking about going back to Halaa and getting mounts with the tokens from the garrison missions. I had quite a few tokens, so off I go to old Outland. Bought the two mounts there and got a surprise.
“Pro” tip: check your achievements every once in awhile. You never know what is almost done.

Hello there, CAW crew!
It's Sae, here to chat about my week, as it was a really great one, thanks to some awesome folks here on Ctrl Alt WoW!
I got the chance on Wednesday to actually get on and play WoW, so I figured I would level my Blood Elf Paladin and get him out of the Outlands. As luck had it, Grand Nagus happened to be on at that time as well, and offered to run me through some dungeons. We got to chat and have a good time, especially when Rain joined in on her Goblin Hunter!
I'd really like to thank Grand Nagus again for his help - thanks to him, I got all the way from 60 to 70! Plus it was a whole lot of fun chatting with him and Rain and Constraxx that night. It's really made me so glad to be part of this community.
I guess I'm gonna keep this relatively short for now, but I hope I get to see everyone in game later!
