Grand Nagus:
M’kolon:
M’kolon is my main, or the version on NA-Halicarnassus is. I have copies of her on EU-Phantom and OCE-Sephirot.
GLAMS:
This is my favorite healer glam for M’kolon. It’s the most expensive glam I ever made, because it is a mashup of three full priced Online Store attires. The wings are not part of the glam. They are fashion accessory wings, not that there aren’t any glams that have wings on them, but this one isn’t one of them.

This is one of my favorite tank glams. It’s actually mostly a PvP attire with the skirt being part of an Online Store attire.
Something I want to mention with regard to the stance of the second picture where she holds the sword out is the fact that this is a female exclusive stance. Males hold the sword differently in the alternate stance as Dark Knights.

Jaffa Cake:
Let me introduce Jaffa Cake!

I can’t remember where I got this glam for her from, but I know that I added the shoes myself, since they are, kind of, my signature shoes for my female characters and, since they are part of an Online Store set called Far Eastern Maiden’s Attire, they are not used all that often. In this case, i used the legs from that set too. The dress is from the Frilled Emissary's Attire an event attire from a few years ago, so that is way cheaper to get than a regular priced set, but it’s still not free, if you haven’t been around for the actual event where you got it as a quest reward.
Jaffa just got to the rank of 2nd (Storm) Lt. last week.
The “Storm” indicates what Grand Company you are in.
It’s “Storm” for Limsa Lominsa’s Maelstrom, “Serpent” for Gridania’s Twin Adder and I can’t remember what the name is for Ul’dah’s Immortal Flames.
Getting to the rank of 2nd Lt. lets you buy a house or apartment, so that’s what Jaffa did. In the same building as the other characters of our little family have theirs. So we are all next door neighbors, all four of us, well, technically one is missing. I don’t know why she doesn’t have an apartment, she’s got the house next to me, and Jordbaer is her Lalafell family member. Let me think …

The thing I almost like the most about this apartment is the window I chose.
It fits so well with the color, that I dyed it to, and the small golden stripes. Especially the horizontal stripe which is lined up with the gold stripe in the wallpaper and the inner vertical stripe that almost lines up with the vertical stripe in the wallpaper too. I love small details like that.
The items in the window, other than the hourglass, are so-called “soul crystal” that you equip and use to channel the magic / abilities of the respective battle job you play. Gathering and crafting jobs don’t have any soul crystals, the only thing that comes close to those is the crystal plaque that mastery jobs get.
Every character can choose up to three crafting jobs to elevate to mastery status, and to symbolize that elevation, you get that crystal plaque, that, while technically is stored in the same slot as the soul crystal, isn’t that, I think. Those soul crystal housing items have recently been added to the game, so now you can choose to display the crystal of your favorite job(s) in your house or apartment.
Be aware though, that you need to have the job unlocked for the crystal to be obtainable, so if your favorite job is DANCER, but you can’t unlock it on your alt yet, you need to wait for that alt to unlock the job first, or get someone else to get one to you somehow. One way to do that is “shared estates” (only available in houses, NOT in apartments or FC rooms).
So what you do is you set a person on your friend list to be a tenant in your house (you can choose what they have access to, by customizing the access options in the housing UI). That person(s) can then obtain the item (the crystal in this case), and place it in your house.
If it’s an apartment or a FC room you want the item in, you can do it by tenanting the other way, so the other person puts the item in THEIR house makes YOU the tenant and you just pick it up there and put it in your apartment or FC room, where only you have access.

Since the last pictures i added some new things, a chest on one side
and a dress hanger on the other side by the bed

Grand Nagus:
Grand Nagus’ apartment is the second newest of mine.
Since I have the throne on the left side, and that thing is really big, I thought I want to do something different with this place, so I made small alcoves on the right side, each with their special purpose. So the only thing I was able to fit on the left side of the room was the kitchen.

This is the office alcove:

This is the dinner area, you can see a soul crystal at the end on the left in this picture too.

This is the bedroom. If you look at the ceiling you can see one of the skylights (technically called a PLASMASCAPE) you can simulate different times of day, one for night time and the other for day time. This is obviously night time, since it’s for the bedroom.

Here is a better view of the Plasmascape, it was a little hard to see from a distance.

And you can see how the moonlight shines down on the bed when the light is out.

This last one is the business alcove. It has the NPCs I use to buy items I need, it has my summoning bell to summon my retainers, and it has the orchestrion, my music box, along with, as you can see, another couple of soul crystals.

GLAMS:
I found that I want to get a few more glams. One can never have too much fashion in your life. So I browsed my favorite FFXIV glam website, Eorzea Collection, and I found some new ones. This first one is a great one for cold climates, like when you are in Coerthas, it’s very cold there. The nice thing about it is that it’s a general glam, so it’s not job or role bound.

This next one is one of my favorite Tank role glams for Grand Nagus. This is a Gunbreaker glam, so you can technically use most of the gear on other jobs, but the weapon will always be job specific, that’s how FFXIV works, but some of the gear can be role specific or even general like the first glam. The sunglasses are technically not glam either, much like the wings with M’kolon, the difference is that M’kolon’s wings are fashion accessories, the sunglasses here are facewear, similar additional item, but different behavior. The wings, or parasols, same category, are additions and take an item slot, specifically the slot of a summoned minion/pet, so you can either have a parasol/wings summoned, or a minion, NOT both. Facewear is totally separate, it’s an additional slot they added. You can see that when you open your character window and see the bottom slot on the left side. That is the new facewear slot, as you can see on this picture, you see the glasses outline in the empty slot at the bottom.

This glam is a copy of a glam I saw in a parody video on YouTube. I liked it so much that I wanted to have it too, it’s just so fitting for when you GO FISHING, that’s the name of the song, linked the song in the show notes so you can listen to it too. It’s so worth it, they are really good!

I’ll feature more glams from now on, just to give people ideas, so please do come back here to the show notes to see them. You can find my profile onEorzea Collection and see my glams there, at least my own ones, and I can link the ones I ‘borrowed’.

AprilPvd in VR:

No Man’s Sky
I have so many goals, which is nice because there’s so many
Finish the epic quest line
Build my own homebase partially underwater
Update and expand my ships capability
Update and expand my freighter and add more frigates
Make money and gather more materials
I was exploring ways to make money fast and one way is to dig up bones and get valuable equipment that I could sell.
Friday I was doing so when I got killed. I foolishly forgot that I could just reset and go back to my last save. I was frantically trying to get my stuff back and I lost everything. All of my inventory.
I found a few ways to make money and I started focusing on taking it slow and safe. Right now I cannot fight the sentinels. They are these evil little robot that can fly. There are someone planets that will attack you if you harvest anything. And sometimes you just have to go onto a planet to get something like I needed uranium and another metal so I found it on this planet, but the minute I started harvesting. The sentinels came for me. I know that if I update my multitool and my EXO suit that I will have a better chance, but in order to do that, I need to make more money.
There are a lot of YouTube channels that walk you through some of the intricacies of the game. There’s a few ways to make money even faster, which involves making a buff food that will increase the amount of money you generate when you are doing discoveries. But in order to get the ingredients you have to go into dangerous places. Some of the ways to get the ingredients are really funny for instance there are these pineapple like pets that if you give them a treat, they will give you honey.

My Settlement
So while I am doing the quest line trying to build my house and also taken care of the ships on my Freighter, which is a good thing because they do bring in money and stuff. But sometimes the ships get damaged so then I have to go over and do repairs and the view while you’re on the ships doing repair is amazing. The details that the game has like I have to climb outside and I can see the space behind me. I can see the planets in the other ships, but I also have a settlement. It’s almost like a mini Sims game because there are people and you have to take care of their problems to try to make them happy while at the same time trying to get the settlement up and running so I can make a profit. This is done by choosing constructions. They want to put out like at one time they want to do a marketplace versus a Cantina. They wanted a space port or pond to bring in tourist. But every time they want to build stuff, you have to supply the material.
I built a new Cantina that has a “jukebox“
I need nitrogen to upgrade one building, but I couldn’t find nitrogen so I looked it up online and it turned out that I could use Ray Dan to make nitrogen. I actually went back to my first base ever and it was very radioactive and just by putting down an atmosphere collective, I could get Radon.

That brings me to another problem is there is just so much stuff. You start off with your suit holding so much slots. But you can expand it, but it cost money. There were also these modules that can enhance your suit or your multitool or your ship, but the slots that they take up are limited. You can buy more slots, but that takes money a lot of money. But you never know what you’re gonna need for giving job like when I’m going to repair one of the frigates, sometimes I need titium or silver or some other metal. But one of the neat things they do have is that you can have storage modules on your ship that are duplicated/accessible in other places that you build them. They did this with the resource building on Medieval Dynasty. It’s a lot like the guild bank, but it’s just for you. Was kind of neat as if you have storage on your ship or your base and somebody else visits you when they open the storage they see their stuff.
I figured out that I can do a lot of building on the freighter which really comes in handy because I installed a teleporter and a vending area, which means I can sell stuff to the “trade council” instead of having to run back to a space station. I also put a refinery there so that I can make stuff. I was always teleporting back to my homebase to make stuff.
Speaking of my homebase, I decided that I’m going to take a few hours to just stop and build on that because I have been doing a really bad job.
I watched some YouTube videos on underwater building and another one on power control and I figured out how to do my basis properly. I also put in short range teleporters so that I have a building up top that will teleport me down to my underwater buildings.
I made one building with a pool in it so that I could jump from it into the water easily. It’s so beautiful.

Good day Ctrl Alt Wow Crew..
Kep here!
So basically I’ve been doing the same as the last few weeks.. dungeon runs and old raid runs for mounts and more transmog! I got two new very nice overcoats from the time walking vendor [screen shots attached].
I am currently running my alts through the Fire Festival dungeon to kill Frost Lord Ahune in hope he drops the new cosmetic items. So far my only drop has been the new blue polearm.
I am a father now and with a young son, so it makes it more difficult to play for long periods of time, so I just dip in and out of the game when I can!
I really enjoy hearing about your adventures on your other games! No Man’s Sky sounds fantastic! Sadly, I have never tried VR, but it sounds awesome, and I can imagine, very addictive!
I also enjoying hearing about Guild Wars from Rigamorti..
Anyway..
Keep up the good work!
Kep, Argent Dawn, EU.
P.S. I am still working my way through all the old episodes, I am currently on episode 585!
P.P.S. I have also attatched some screen shots of some of the mounts I have obtained over the last few weeks.

Greetings CAW Crew,
Hope you're all well.
Attached is my audio update for this week. Last minute again but slightly more polished. Below are some screenshots mentioned in my audio.
