Hello Ctrl Alt Wow darlings!!!!  You made it to 500 episodes, and that is soooooooo freaking awesome!!!  WOOHOO!!!!  Amazing job, Aprillian!!!  I am sorry this isn't an audio...I do want to send you audios again, I just have to get back into the swing.  We have a litter of three foster kittens right now that just went down and got fixed, and will be adopted out in a week, and I'm not bringing anymore home for a while so things should settle down after that for a bit, hehe.

Life has been crazy!!!  As you know, my sweet little Halloween Cat died back in March...it was unexpected and devastating.  Some people wouldn't understand because she was "just a cat," but she was my little shadow for five and a half years...she was the sweetest little cat and I just adored her.  It was really, really hard losing her like that for Ogre and I, and it resulted in some dramatic life-style changes, oddly enough.  I stopped playing the game for a while.  She used to sit in my lap when I played and, funny as it may sound, everytime I sat down to play, I'd just start to cry.  YES, I know...what a basket case...but that's just the way it was.  So I stopped being on the computer at all.  Stopped doing my podcast, spent a lot more time outside in the garden, and started fostering kittens for the local animal sanctuary.  Long story short, it's been quite the year.  We adopted three of the fosters we had, so now we have FOUR cats, lol.  I changed departments where I worked, and we're working on selling our house in Vegas to move out to the Garrison full-time!  We'll have a much longer commute every day to work, but we'll be able to save a lot of money and won't have neighbors nearly as close as we do in the city.  That'll be great!  So yeah, it was a year of change, that's for sure.

I'm playing WoW again now though, which is good...I missed it.  I've got my Shadow Priest to 110, doing LFR and am paying for the game with in-game gold and all of that.  This expansion has been really, really great!!  BUT...enough about me... I just wanted to drop you a quick like and tell you thank you SO MUCH for keeping up on Ctrl Alt Wow!!!  It is an amazing milestone to make it to 500 episodes, and it's great peace of mind to know that even when life shakes you up and throws you around, that when things settle back down....you will still be there for us.  Thank you.  I love you guys...and gals.  I'm sorry for being gone for so long, but please know that I have thought about you every single week.

Sending you 500 great big hugs & kisses!!!!!!!!!!!

Episode 501

Hello everyone!

There is light at the end of the tunnel!  Hopefully by next week I should have everything finished for the semester, leaving me plenty of time to sleep and WoW.

This week has mostly been the same old story in WoW - do a few world quests each day, send minions in my order hall on quests, and give food for Nomi to burn.  Not very exciting, but it is something at least.

This week's blast from the past comes from episode 284.  We're getting ready for Mists of Pandaria to hit, only about 3 more episodes until you all get to play pandas!

Hello wonderful people!

Not too much in WoW for me this week - the semester is wrapping up and I need to finish grading my student's work, submit grades, and do my own homework/papers/stuff.  All I have done is just a few world quests, nothing too special.

Hope you enjoy this week's blast from the past clips!  They are from episode 285.

Hi everyone - Here are this week's guild updates! Getting them in just under (or past) the wire, because I went out in a big snowstorm to take my first class at the boxing workout club I joined yesterday - woot! Have fun, enjoy Winter's Veil, and I'll see you in Azeroth!
