There is nothing to announce on whether or not Vulpera and Tortollans (Tortola is the Ancient / Wild God turtle we saw in Mount Hyjal questing down at Malorne’s Shrine) will be Allied Races
Leveled Alchy and Archy and Engineering.
Lock boxes can’t be opened at the level you pick pocket them in Northrend.
Flying: Buying flying lets you fly in Broken Isles even at level 60, if you can get there.
Items can’t be used at levels you can create them with mats 2 expantions ahead
