No Man’s Sky
WednesdayI want to get rid of the Biodôme at Aprillian’s home so I went to the anomaly and had her learn all the plants and she built a big glass tower and she’s just gonna line it with The trays and just make this gorgeous tower of plants.
I got my new head strap today. It is the Bobo VR SP pro. When I opened it up, it had the “an tennis“ and I thought I had made a mistake because I was pretty sure I had checked the pictures and it wasn’t supposed to be antenna. I almost immediately packed it up, ready to return it, but I was feeling like I was the dumb one for thinking it didn’t have the antennas. For some reason, I went back to look at the email from the company and it said that the antennas were removable. It didn’t say it didn’t come with them, but they were removable and hallelujah. They were 100% removable. And it fits great and even though it’s just like the other one I had the biggest difference is that I’m able to buy batteries to extend my plane time. Plus, it does have a fan. I haven’t used the fan yet, but we’ll see you tomorrow when I work out. It’s wonderful when you think you’re stupid and you realize you’re not stupid.
Thursday
I work out in VR on Thursday, Saturdays, and Mondays. While I’m working out particularly when I’m doing my boxing I get some really good ideas and I got one that’s so crazy because it means I’m gonna start over with my house building. I’m gonna build a city, but I’m gonna find a different planet because this planet is too toxic.
April Pvd went back to New Rhode Island. It was like her second or third planet after she started the game and it’s a paradise planet. She rebuilt her base with a cute house and then went walking along the beach until she found the place where she could place another base and then she summoned Aprillian. Then she did the same thing with Epril on the other side of Aprillian and then again with Sebastian on April Pvd‘s other side. Then I got on Aprillian and started making a sidewalk all the way back to April Pvd’s house and to my surprise. I could start building right beside April Pvd’s house. This makes me so happy. I hated the distances between the two homes on the previous planet. Then I did the same thing with Sebastian.
So it’s a real cute little neighborhood with three unique houses. I spent over three hours working on these. My new headstrap is working out perfectly. The second battery came today and is great. It has a fan and even shows the percentage of power left in the battery on the side of the head strap. I can’t wait to get on tomorrow to work on Epril’s house. There is a big body of water as you can see in front of the group of housing so I think I’m going to maybe put her house in the middle of the water and bring it back from there too us.
Friday
Today was Epril’s turn, and because I wanted all of them to have water view I actually put her base in the middle of the water in front of the other three and then had her do an underwater base but then move her actual building almost to the shore. She has a porch that hangs out over the water and a landing pad and oh it’s so beautiful and they all have three different styles.
So now I have four houses right next-door to each other. I actually built a ramp from Epril’s house to both April Pvd’s landing pad and Aprillian’s landing pad. I think next I’m gonna see about connecting them with a walkway.
Saturday
So again, I’ve got an idea while I was working out. I think I wanna make a block and this may mean, destroying all the houses and starting over again or bringing everybody up a level. I’ll be getting on in a few minutes and check it out.
Oh boy, what did I get myself into. I had to raise April Pvd’s house one floor so that we could make a common boardwalk. Sebastian had to shift his whole house about 8°. That took a lot of work and it was interesting because when he first logged in, he couldn’t see any of the other houses, but once I logged in Epril, Aprillian’s house materialized as well. It’s gonna look nice when it’s done and it takes away some of the uneven ground. What’s really weird it is a lot of the unevenness is from when April Pvd originally built her home and then we moved the parts. The damage to the soil is still there, which I thought would have regrown or respawned. Even some damage she got when she was attacked by sentinels was still there. But I’m loving the new look. Each home will have a boardwalk around it that matches the style of their home. I just hope they fix the multiplayer so that the home stay there when I’m not logged in on other characters I’m also thinking maybe I need to make sure all of my accounts are friends on Steam so I’m gonna check that out. I was thinking that’s why Aprillian’s house popped up when Epril logged on.
So we are all in the same family tomorrow I’ll check Check to see if we’re all friends. In the meantime, I spent most of my No Man’s Sky playtime moving walls. This time it was for Aprillian’s home, and there was some glitches because Epril had done some building that attached to Aprillian’s house which made some things uneditable by Aprillian . I really need to look into the friends thing to figure out why I can see Sebastian‘s house, but I have to login Epril and April Pvd to see their house won’t modifying Aprillian’s. But I did it and it was very satisfying. Everybody has a walk around their house that is adjacent to a neighbor.
Monday
I spent most of the day working on Aprillian’s house and finally got it to where I like it. It’s nice and wide open with some of the floors glass so you can see down to the beach. But I still can’t figure out why I can’t see the other houses unless they are logged in. April Pvd got a new ship today from a YouTube video I saw.
So far the new head strap is working out very well. Just not having the two pads on the top of my head means a lot. It does have a fan which I only use to cool off. It makes a little bit of a noise. It is a little bit heavier than my other one though.
Tuesday
Still frustrated by the fact that others cannot see the house right next-door to them. When on each character uploaded their basis to see if that would fix the situation. April Pvd has logged in on my gaming laptop and then I logged in with Aprillian in VR and I can see April Pvd and her house. But now I’m going to log AprilPvd out and log Sebastian in because I can’t see his house or Epril’s. But what’s also so interesting is that I did not have April Pvd join Aprillian’s yay she just came in regular now. I’m logging Pvd out and I want to see if her house disappears and it does she log out now I’m just trying to figure out the dynamics. All right, so now I’m going to log in Epril. I’m gonna have her logged in on her own save and see what happens. So her house comes in and April Pvd‘s stays. OK so now I’m bringing in Sebastian. I can see parts of Sebastian‘s home but not the whole home. I’m gonna do the same thing and bring him in on his own game. OK Sebastian‘s house is for you and the nearest thing about having these houses close together is that they can copy things from each other so I can copy something that he has now I don’t know. It says 227 of these on my property and then share them.
One thing that I noticed is that the damage I might have mentioned this before, but the damage on my property that I did years ago is still there, which makes me wonder about the fact that some people has had the problem of things are ground regenerating, whereas this damage has been here since I put this house. This was like my second base so it’s been over a year and this damage is still here. Take a screenshot.
Now that I have gotten all the houses situated, I’m going into the decorations. One of the cool things about the objects in No Man’s Sky is for the most part they can be sized and repurposed. I used one of the canopies over the bed. I use the tent on the balcony. For the dresser tops I need size a lot of the boxes and the beer tap to make it look like perfume bottles.
I decided I want to change Aprillian’s multitool. Right now she’s using that blue one which is nice and very cool but I think I want her to get the Astro stage one so I am gonna try to get her down that path so she’s been doing some quest and even though I don’t have anyone else on, and she’s not in a group and she logged on by herself, she does not have her friend her now I remember having that problem before and ended up swapping freighters. But now I know I can summon mine so I’m gonna go out in the space and kick myself as I could’ve done it before first I’m just gonna check to see if there’s any freighters here because even though the one I have isn’t S class it’s not that pretty every space station has a few fighters around all right go ahead so now I know how to swim in mine in the problem was when I was summoning mine before I was pointing out in the air to summon, but you click on the freighters button that was summoning it like it was a ship. I love this part. It’s so beautiful and all of your forgets come in and even your oh I thought that was Corvette.
Wednesday
Finished up a lot of stuff on Aprillian’s home and then decided to work on some of the quest particularly the one with Artemis so she had to go back to the anomaly and that turned out to open up quest about our building a base so she’s way out of sync.
Thursday
A couple of months ago, my iPhone got run over as I was running across the street at a crosswalk when the light changed. No matter of mentioned it, but I went a block and a half before I realized it and I went back and it was kind of broken, but it turned out that most of the damage was to the screensavers I had put on it. I decided to look into getting it repaired and it turned out that all I had to do is go to the Apple Store. I had an appointment for Thursday, which was one of the reasons I thought about not putting out the Podcast this week because I had a lot to do.

Worked on Sebastian’s home
Came up with the idea of staging all of my houses and then doing a YouTube like tour. Decided to start with Sebastian and I decided to give him a loft, sometimes snapping the walls together or putting in the stairs were difficult but I like the way it came out. I have to decide how I’m gonna do the viewing. What I would like is to record it with the headset or the flat screen I can’t figure out which one would be the best, but we’ll see what happens.

Spit most of the time working on getting rooms together for both April Pvd and Sebastian alrighty so far so good.
Other
Was invited to a horizon world event and it was pretty nice. It was more like a group therapy session. There is a purpose for these and they actually worked pretty well. I hear that some people even have AA meetings so I’m glad that they kind of backtracked on eliminating them.

Good day all!
So I’ve just been doing the usual stuff on Warcraft! Still haven’t levelled anyone to 90 yet (my highest is still 87!). I keep getting distracted with other things.. like the Siren Isles, where I’ve been collecting lots of cool new transmogs!
I’ve decided, it doesn’t really matter if I pick a “main” because they way the game plays now, you can just switch characters and it not be too impactful (apart from gearing someone up, which becomes easier the longer the expansion is released).
I am looking forward to purchasing some of the April trading post items, there are some cool and unusual things this month..
Also Noble Garden starts in a week or so.. I believe this approximately marks my one year anniversary return to WoW.. I am definitely glad that I got the urge to log back in! Time flies!

I have just been back to the Wandering Isle in Pandaria to do the Heritage Armour quest line. It was fun to be back there seeing some of the old sights of the Pandaren starting zone.
