Warm greetings to the Captain and crew of the mighty CAW
I hope my missive finds you in good time, at a pleasant port of call.  
Myself, I find my mood made dreary by unending days of cold and snow. My
thoughts turn in longing to the sunlit golden forests of my home in
Eversong Woods.
The current festival of Love has provided a small amount of cheer, and
new toy to whisk me home. I am looking forwards to the upcoming Darkmoon
Faire, which always provides a bright spot in the early days of the month.
There is so much to do and learn each month at the Faire. My
correspondent Ingride, of whom I have previous written, is also looking
forwards to the benefits of the Faire. She is sure that with the help of
the sages of the Faire, she will be able to complete her studies in the
art of inscription. Indeed, I believe this to be true, as I myself
availed myself of the training provided, and was able to complete my own
studies in engineering. It is nigh miraculous how you can perform a
simple task and expand your understanding of your craft. Perhaps
mesmerism is involved.
At the last Faire, an acquaintance of mine, Seraphima, also known to you
through previous letters, had a fortunate encounter.  She happened to be
wearing a Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade, which she had ripped from the
still warm body of Armsmaster Harlan in the Scarlet Halls. While wearing
the tabard, she was approached by the Scarlet Quartermaster, assuming
her loyalties matched her garb. She offered Seraphima the purchase of an
entire set of armor to match the tabard. Though the price was steep,
Seraphima accepted the offer, and is now the owner of the Chain of the
Scarlet Crusade ensemble.
