Got a Battle Computer component for my freighter this week, so that gives my missions +15% Expedition Defenses.

Had the first frigate mission ever, that didn’t cost any fuel.

I usually send two support vessels with each mission to make sure the fuel cost is as low as possible.

I only have two or three frigates that aren’t at S-Class level yet, but they are getting there. After i get all of them to S-Class, i’m gonna try to optimize them with regard to fuel cost. Anything else can be balanced out with items and traits, but fuel cost is a tough one to deal with.

I’m storing all my salvaged goods and not selling them, at least for now, so I can get some to fuel my next expedition, same with the nanite items.

I still haven’t scrapped my ship from the last expedition i played, i got to take all the tech out of it and then do that.

Slowly working on getting my black sentinel ship’s tech and cargo slots expanded.

Same goes for the staff multi tool from the expedition.

Found a really good tech module for the pulse on April Pvd. It was so good that when I went looking for living frigates I actually got over 12 minutes pulse time which is crazy. I wish I had duped it before I used it so I spent a good 45 minutes trying to find a similarly good one.

It’s allowed me to pulse for over 12 minutes. I use the dupe thing to make multiples and then put some in a supercharged slot so I can go and go.

I found this beauty on April Pvd on the flat screen and now I’m getting ready to bring in Sebastian and Epril to get her as well. I’ve gotten obsessed. at one point I got to the living frigate I want it on Sebastian on the flat screen, and I went to take a screenshot, but I accidentally hit the spacebar and pulsed away and no matter how many times I tried and that system I couldn’t get it to come back. So I think you only get one tribe per system. Just to be sure I jumped to another system and tried and I did get a forget, but it was an a class and not an S class. I don’t think I need to be so obsessed about getting an S class because they were all change as they are sent out they will develop into the next class but I’ve gotten addicted to finding the ones that are shown in YouTube videos and on Reddit.

Found out that you can dismiss a pet by clicking on the same button. I feel really sad about this because I had often gotten in and out of ships and taken off from a planet because I just wanted to dismiss it. I didn’t wanna call another one. I just wanted to dismiss it and now I found it all I gotta do is go back to the same button and press dismiss and the pet goes away so that was that was really neat to find out.

Decided to work on my living ships

April Pvd went to all of her settlements and actually did some quest with her staff, the engineers and the multitool people and worked on some EXO crafts

Decided to work on the sentinel weapons that I had gotten. I use the copy of the multitool that I got from the expedition basically got all the tech modules out of it and then put it in the different multi tools so they could be up-to-date and I also named some of these because it was getting confusing, which ones were which. For some reason when I switched them out in In on the flat screen, I can’t see them. They just show a little shadow instead of the actual picture. I tried upping the graphic session in the same thing happened. I’m gonna try it on my gaming laptop because this is what happens when I’m on my Macintosh Pro so it might just be the computer.

I have towers in all three of my settlements, but the first time I tried to use it in the VR they would crash my game. I decided to try to see if they had fixed it and they have.

Spent some time falling around with bobble heads in the game. It was interesting. I just like the way they look on the dashboard.

Always wanted to figure out how to feed my living frigate so I watched this video and hopefully I’ll learn something. Especially since I have so many. but first I had to debrief them.

Had AprilPvd logged in in space so the other characters could join and look for LF and forgot she was on on the gaming laptop. When I went back she was in an abandoned space station and her Living ship was damaged with no cargo.

Sadly Legion Remix ended on in the early hours of January the 20th (EU). 

So Legion Remix was an event where you start in an alternative timeline. It’s basically the Legion expansion (with changes) as a stand a lone event. It’s fast paced and your character can become very OP! 

I took annual leave from work (a Wowcation) so I can play as much as possible and level as many Alts as possible! My final count was 24 Alts levelled from 10 to 80! 

By the end of the event my main character (an Earthen Horde Paladin) was very OP! I enjoyed tanking in Raids and Dungeons and soloing things easily in the Heroic tier was fun too! I managed to collected pretty much everything except a few toys, which I’m not really bothered about collecting. 

I am very much missing the event, it was great fun and a fantastic experience to play! I loved it from start to finish! I cannot wait to see which expansion they decide to Remix next! 

These last few weeks I have collected various mounts, mostly from Legion [some screen shots attached]. 

The Midnight pre-patch was released and (as per usual) it broke everything! They have implemented a new transmog system, which is sort of a bit confusing at first.. but like everything you get used to it after a few days. The new Void spec for Demon Hunters (Devourer) has been released. I am not sure if I will try it as I’m not much of an Elf player.. 

I am thinking of checking out the Housing system this week. They have implemented a new system called “Endeavours”, where you have to complete various tasks to unlock more rewards. I am not 100% on how it all works, yet..

While I was multitool hunting, I found a really cute sentinel ship but April Pvd‘s inventory is full for vehicles so I’m going to give E one of her ships because neither of the other three have done the living ship quest. But when I logged into E she had not ended the expedition, which is funny because now I remember, I left her in the game so she could share stuff with April Pvd, but I forgot, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that the expedition was still open as it were so she went in and closed it out and now she’s gonna meet up with April Pvd to get that ship. I love this game so much.

Took Epril back to her freighter to check out her vehicles because April Pvd had found a vehicle looking for a particular staff from using autophage

How to Get Magic Staff Multi Tool in No Man's Sky Aquarius

The whole concept is so intriguing that you can make different staffs based on a different locations. You are now I wasn’t really clear at first what was going on but the more I tried it at this particular place it was intriguing. I’m not a big staff person but I really do like the way they look. So now I’m going to have to figure out a way to run my other characters through this quest line so they can get the staff as well.

I got caught up on a video about living frigate and realize that he needed some more so I started trying to get some from her. Of course my problem is that only April Pvd has portal and all the gifts so I’ve been summoning my other characters two get them where they need to go. I found this one ship that I really liked.

Still trying to get the Living Frigates on Epril and Sebastian but only got it on AprilPvd. Found out a Aprillian had not closed out the expedition. Didn’t realize I could still close it out even though she hadn’t finished all the missions. Didn’t realize that I didn’t really need anything from the missions that she hadn’t completed. At least by closing it out, she got some units and some nites. Then I decided to go around all of my characters and send them out on missions with organic frigates so they could possibly get some spawning sacks. I thought I had some spawning sacks, but I couldn’t find any and I wanted to increase the inventory of some of the living ships I have

Just decided to try one more time with Epril to get the living frigate in the system that April Pvd had gotten hers and I did it on the flat screen because I was watching some YouTube and checking my blood pressure. I was very happy that it worked. So next, I’m checking it on Sebastian. I don’t know if it’s a timer or if it’s just random or you just have to keep going, but this one is so beautiful that it was worth it.

I was trying to explain to one of my sisters about how fortunate I am to have virtual reality because I can work out in my home and she said what is the difference between that and using YouTube to work out. It really sparks something in me so I’m going to try to do some videos on the difference. There’s so many advantages to working out virtual reality. Now I know it’s not for everyone because I have been in VR so long that I hardly noticed the headset when I’m working out I’m so into the movement and getting my goal. My “fun thing“ to do now is to try to get a perfect streak when I’m boxing. Now and this is a perfect example of the biggest difference between YouTube and virtual reality. When I’m doing the boxing in YouTube I’m hitting and getting haptic feedback on the spots that I’m punching on. You could not get that on YouTube plus all of the apps I use keep track of my activity so I can go in and see what I’ve done and see my progress.

I talked about looking for this pet and last week‘s episode.I had found it in the Breach expedition but when I went to the same planet and my main save, there were no animals on the planet at all.

I really wanted this pet so this is what I did. I started the expedition on a fresh save. I went through and got an egg from one of my other characters (I have four accounts and I have two purchased copies of the game) then I completed the expedition and it was converted into a regular save. Then I went back to another character and gave them the egg, then logged off of that save and onto my main save and traded the egg back. It was a lot of work for just a pet, but I didn’t and I’m very happy. I love this game so much!

I’m so excited that I got my pet. But now I need to go back into that save and get all the stuff that I took from my other characters and then I think April Pvd is going to start another expedition just to give the stuff back. Oh you know what I was gonna start an expedition from her other state and transfer stuff back-and-forth but she can just go back in. I think no I don’t think she can let me check and get back to you.

April Pvd went back to the expedition, saved and got all of her stuff and transferred it to Aprillian and then she went back to her main save and got her stuff back and went back into the expedition and traded everything to Sebastian. Sebastian has been going straight on, but then he found this.


Saturday

Sebastian moved a further on into the milestones. Something’s got mixed up because he couldn’t find the tan things because they had jumped ahead to other systems in the expedition path. But he also fought the Arcadia fishing boss and died. That was very traumatic, but I reset and then he went in and kicked butt. But then he wanted to deck out that ship he found so he ended up going back and forth between the two ships and copying the tech

OK, so now we’re on a time crunch we got one day left and I want to finish the bastion but I want to fix up that ship but I also want to finish April Pvd. So my plan for today is to finish Sebastian and then dump all the stuff that he has on April Pvd, but I ended up using all the duped starship inventory slots and so now April Pvd is going to get on real quick and complete one of the milestones that will give her some slots that she can do. It is so crazy. But I’m having so much fun. On another note, my heel problem is still there, but my sister told me to wear heels actual heels which is so crazy but it works.

One day left in the expedition and I’m trying to hustle through with Sebastian. Unfortunately I got caught up with the ship so now I’ve got it. I’ve got the ship up where I wanted to be. I can’t. I can’t play sitting down. I just can’t.

Almost died fighting the 10 horrows sitting down. I had to stand back up, but I finished and then I jumped through the black hole, which was my last milestone but before I collect anything, I’m going to join April Pvd and give her everything. I have a broken space station, but I’m in a Corvette.

I pushed through the day and finish the expedition on April Pvd for the second time lol


Monday

Finishing up the expedition on April Pvd and Sebastian first thing I had to do was clear out vehicles for Sebastian and I cannot believe Sebastian has so many vehicles when he’s brand new I ended up taking one vehicle straight to the salvage. It was interesting because it was one that needed a lot of repair. Oh wait, let me see.

I salvaged Purged 6 that I had had when I started the expedition because I have the new one that I updated with more storage and some new tech. Then I would’ve bought the new one on Sebastian and I salvaged the multitool she had and then bought a new one because I’d updated that as well, which is one of the cool things about the expedition. I actually did the same thing with April Pvd, and believe it or not. I did them both on the flatscreen because I have developed plantar fasciitis in my left heel and I’m trying to give my foot to rest. I actually cannot play VR sitting down.

YoshiP did a sort of Q&A for New Years when he visited JP servers with his character.

Here are a few of the questions I thought were interesting to highlight:

Q: Do you have plans to add more character skin colors? 

A: Regarding that, we do have several plans for that so please wait for a bit.

GN: More character customization is always welcome, more skin colors, more face choices, things like that. Although the easiest thing would be to make a completely new character creation experience.

Q: Please add more glamour slots (T/N: Glamour plate slots I think?)

A: We plan to deal with the glamour slots after dealing with the housing and furniture.

GN: Always more Glamour slots and plates!!

Q: Will we have a Switch version [of FFXIV]? 

A: Please look forward to the Switch version.

GN: Amazing to see that the game will come to more platforms.

Q: Can you please implement that flying unit that appears in NieR raids as a mount?

A: Noted on various items and mount requests, I'm going to screenshot them and let the team know 

GN: NieR is one of my favorite games, getting more things from it would be so cool. The mount we got so far from the NieR universe is sold in the GS and you can buy it once you finish the story questline of the NieR Raid.

Q: I'd love it if we could change the house's orientation based for our housing's appearance...! 

A: Got it about the housing! Can't see the words formed by you players though lol.

GN: I’ve been thinking about this myself. But it will be an issue, because the value of a plot is partly calculated by the orientation of the house in relation to the land around it and the streets and stairs and so forth. The entrances to the plots are another issue when it comes to medium and large plots and their value.

Q: It would be great if you could implement a feature where you can store all color dyes in some sort of a palette (Like the Quick Panel that is implemented for this patch), by doing so will smooth out items slots in inventory!

A: Color dye wise we are currently considering something, so we'd like you to wait for a moment.

GN: YES PLEASE!!

Started the FC on JP. It’s got the tag <<KAGE>> Danish for cake.

We got a few members in our little group, one of them being Rigarmorty!

The New Secret Way To Get Best Upgrades Quickly in No Man's Sky

I was setting up Sebastian for the expedition. He had a multitool and the ship that we both a class and I needed 100000 Nanites to get it to S class when I found this YouTube channel which is crazy. I know it’s almost like cheating but it’s No Man’s Sky so it’s how you play and how you figure out stuff that matters. The original. Is about how to duplicate technology in your personal refiner by using the auto saved method, but you can also pay anything including stacks of 50 suspicious packets, which is what I did. This allowed me to upgrade both the multitool and the cute little Sentinel ship. But then I decided to find the best tech modules and duplicate them as well.

I was originally on Aprillian and we went through the first phase of the expedition, but the second phase where we needed black, pearl, and other things for the deep dive, caught me unprepared here so that’s when I thought I’ll bring in Sebastian after loading him up with oh and by the way, this expedition you can tech modules there’s no people or NPC’s around. So I had to fall back bringing in runway mode, which is good because first few steps you end up building a Corvette, which means you can easily refine runaway mold

I went down a rabbit hole. After watching on YouTube about an interesting way to get unlimited tech modules. It involves putting your tech in your refiner and then making us save by getting in and out of vehicle and then taking the tap out of the refiner waiting for your auto sign to kick in on your auto save once it kicks in after a minute and then reloading it and then opening up your refiner and now the ingredients are there and still in your inventory. It’s a lot like the refiner glitch where you stack a bunch of refiners and then destroy them but it’s a lot easier if not a little bit of time consuming. But it intrigued me so I started trying other things I could do with the “trick“ and it turned out that anything you put in there be fine or is duplicated, including full stacks of suspicious packets, storage augments EXO Su augments whatever.

It was at this time that I realized that Aprillian who had went into the expedition had somehow forgotten her radiant shards so I went to get Sebastian ready and had Sebastian bring her radiant shards, but then I got Sebastian in and realized he forgot those green crystals you need from the water so I got a brilliant to go in and get those to bring to Sebastian.

But while I was preparing a brilliant to go in, I watched another video and this guy was really taking some what I thought were liberty’s. He was creating stuff and creative mode, and then switching the difficulty to normal mode and then breaking down that stuff. But of course No Man’s Sky is set up so that you could play whatever way you want to really know that such thing as cheating but when he was going into the expedition, one of the things he was bringing with him was tainted metal now I had gotten to the point where I was bringing lava core which a stack of 10 gives you 500 of the things but tainted metal a stack can give you up to 6000. Then my mind said OK well if I’m gonna do that then why don’t I just duplicate a bunch of stacks of tainted metal and bring that into the expedition so I did that.

By the end of Friday, I had three characters in the expedition. Epril was the first, so I decided to focus on her and she got everything she needed from Sebastian but they had to meet up in the anomaly which worked out fine. Although a couple of times they couldn’t see each other, but they could still see their ships and drop things transfer things.

People got up to the Nautilus quest which when I did it the first time on April Pvd, it was nerve-racking. I actually almost died at one point and I’ve gotten a lot better at driving underwater. In fact, April did the milestone without having to go on the flatscreen.

One console at the anomaly now says “return to primary save“ instead of in expedition. Maybe an offer always said that it will say in expedition once you’ve done all the milestones but I just noticed this and I’ve never noticed it before. I brought over this cute ship for Epril.

Did some flat screen No Man’s Sky today. I had gotten to the point in the expedition where you got your first Corvette. I decided to take out all the tech modules from my S class starship that I brought over from my main save and then sell it and then bring over another one because I had nine nights. That also gave me some extra units to use. But before I did that I’ve removed all the tech. then I made my Corvette and move that tech over to the Corvette. Of course, when you make your first Corvette, there’s a limited number of tech slots so I use the install apart move the part and then to get more tech slots. It’s time-consuming, but it’s easier to do on flatscreen and it was challenging and I enjoyed it. So I was able to bring over my favorite weapons and some hyperdrive upgrades. My plan is to do all the debris Finder missions one right after the other. I am doing this on a Aprillian who just started the expedition, but she’s been jumping around getting all the rendezvous point. I did the Nautilus milestone, which was so hard for me in VR in the beginning and now I was able to do it without even using extra fuel although I brought over 40 units. I did use the auto save trick to make more black pearls. But I’m having fun and that’s what the game is all about. And for me, No Man’s Sky is more than just a game to “win“ or advance in, it’s a place to exist and try things to visit and to build. I’m so immersed in the content of. No Man’s Sky that it feels like place and I have dreams about it.

I was in the expedition on one of my characters. I found this delightful pet. It’s a cute glass column. I took down the glyphs for the planet and then visited it on my other character in her main save. There was no pet on the planet. I’m hoping maybe something will change so I built the base and I’ll go back and visit but has this ever happened to anyone else. Every time I’ve gone to a planet that I found in the expedition it has been basically the same in my main save. I want this cute little pet!

Good day all..  Kep here! 

So it’s been a very busy last couple of weeks (as expected with Christmas and work). 

I have been in game, but like the last several weeks I have only been playing Legion Remix! 

Which is sadly coming to an end soon.. 

I have been levelling alts like crazy! The more Alts you level, the faster it becomes! (I have finally reached +400% XP bonus). I am on approximately one quest or world quest equals one level. Add LFR into the mix and it’s crazy fast!!

I have levelled up another 10 level 80’s! [one of us! One of us!].

I have been levelling 10 to 80 in just over four hours.. I think I can get it lower and more streamlined?
 

I have unlocked Sargerei Commander’s Voidscarred Regalia by completing 100 World Quests in the Heroic World Tier. Also the Sagerei Commander’s Lightbound Regalia set by completing all raids on Mythic level. Both are very cool looking sets [screen shots attached].


I have also unlocked the Corrupted Ashbringer (very easy to do with Remix). Definitely one of the coolest versions of the Artifact weapon!

I am working on collecting some of the other colours and variations..


Sorry, to disappoint you again, but I still have not started any Housing yet..? I’ve just been too busy IRL and on Remix!

I have however, been collecting more housing pieces ready for when do start my housing adventures!
 

Since I last wrote in, I have collected over 30 new mounts! I won’t name them all, but I have attached some screen shots of a select few..
