Hello everyone!


I finally committed some time toward progressing the story in Final Fantasy XIV and have completed up through the level 77 main story quests in Shadowbringers and have my white mage at 78 and my scholar and dancer at 76.  It looks like a lot of elements are coming to a head so next weekend might be a nonstop playfest as I devour the story.  It's just so good!

  Flying Woes, questing dilemmas, the extra hurdle that is 9.0 covenant questline and Finally the Primus Returns in Chains of Domination after weeks of grinding quests on the ground of a Protection Paladin.


  The Gears of War are upon us, lots of catchup mechanisms put into the game for people who grind Dungeons, World Bosses, Fated LFR.  Ilvl varies greatly for the drops, in dungeons you can get 236 Loot for timewalking, 249 Loot for heroic, 265 Loot for fated LFR, 272 Loot for the last boss of the Fated LFR, 278 or 285 for Fated World Boss.  I can see that you will be able to start the questing experience in Dragonflight even with green gear from world quest, But if you have a few hours to farm dungeons and can get to 230 iLvl you can queue for 2 LFR at a time, the queue for DPS is about an hour, the LFR is more damage intensive than normal, so bring potions (5 gold each), flasks (500 gold each), potions of spectral agility strength or intelligence 60 to 120 gold each for 190 buff to your main stats for 25 seconds, buy feasts from the AH even if you don’t know how to cook yourself, the feasts cost about 11 gold each.


  Purchased Dragonflight for my main account Epic Version 128$ CAD including Tax, and a 6 month subscription recurring payment 109$ CAD to assure blizzard that my 1 month of bonus game time will not go to waste ( the subscription is refunded to you if  you already have an ongoing subscription payment ongoing ).


  Carefully leveled Tauren priest to get Stay Classy Achievement on Blackrock, i will take a few days to complete this guild achievement and grant access to tab vault #8.


  Doing World Quests for Gold or Anima first, with LFR and the weekly do 20 world quests i get about 4000 to 7000 anima for my 4 max level characters.  My druid unlocked all level 3 building upgrades so he gets 2 bonus anima items per world quests. 40,000 anima was required to unlock tier 3 of the covenant hall.  750 anima for doing 20 world quest and 500 rep for a covenant of your choosing or more anima if you want that 175 anima.

Hello everyone!


Oops, I forgot to send part 2 last week.  Sorry about that!  School is back on and everything has been crazy busy as I try to remember how I did everything.  


Have not really done anything in FFXIV for the past two weeks, only thing I have done is check my weekly Jumbo Cractpot and put in three new numbers.  No big winner here.  I have been spending most of my free time practicing and participating in the Zemus Zone 5 tournament put on by the randomizer community Final Fantasy 4 Free Enterprise.  I'm not out of the tournament yet and just won my last match and have gone further in the tournament than I have in past years.  Scary and excited!

  Many good dungeons were had with friend, several torghast runs to progress quest line on 4 characters.  One Burning Crusade run to try and get a iLvl 278 cache.  3 Mythic pieces dripped that were upgrade to 236 from the Burning Crusade timewalking.


  Sold 6 vials of the sands after a very abysmal week where my highest sale was 9 darkmoon daggermaw worth 9 gold each.


  Installed Handy Notes Shadowlands, diabled it 5 minutes later, that’s wayyyyy too much info on the map, there is like 50 things added to each zone map for events rares mount, pets etc.


  Multibox toghast for the first time, both gnomes died at some point, it’s hard to manage the aoe’s.

Darkmoon Faire profession Bonanza : Legion Master Jewelcrafter (via Darkmoon Faire, very few recipes learned, boycott 3 star system)


Leveling Vulpera Rogue, Three more level 58 characters that need to run a few dungeons to cap 60.


Logged in at 11 PM to go to Darkmoon Faire and found out realm time and local time were not synced so I had to wait a full hour to get into the Faire.  Using Wheee! Buff to get increased reputation when turning in Callings.  Getting my 1000 anima on 3 capped characters!  Exalted rep with Undying Army.


Collecting Polished pet charms at the rate of 200 to 500 pet charms per day.


Slowing down on transmutes, the price of materials is tanking hard and dropping fast.


Bought a WoW token for real money, spent Blizzard Balance by reloading with the Credit card, price is up by 40% and you get taxed on the advertised price. Sold 1 Vial of the Sands before buying the token, once I got Cashflow 209K fo the token I sold 4 Vials of the Sands on the same day.


Bought a lil’ ursoc pet from the Blizzard store, price for pets used to be 10$ in CAD, now the cost has gone up to 14$ CAD, up 40%.


Trying to acquire Aqir Tunneler from N’Zoth corrupted Uldum Area, it’s part of a world Drop quest so leveling reputation for Uldum Accord on my Rogue, drop  rate for the pet is 1.36% or 120k on AH.


Bought the Flawless Baubleworm off the AH for 224k, going to see how long it takes me to get another 10k pet charms, debating whether to spend the charms on more lucrative pets to sell or buy a second Flawless Baubleworm.


Finally got together with a level 3 hunter belonging to my coworker yesterday and donated  a level 1 blue Battie pet to him, he said his spouse stopped playing last year, it’s hard to see people you care about leave the game because they have stopped having fun.


Went to the Maw to get 20 souls, couldn’t get more so went to torghast to full up to 40 freed souls.


Once my spouse got to rest on Friday night, I spent 6 hours of hard leveling with Pet battles on Alts.  On Saturday night I watched “The Grey Man” with Ryan Gosselin, It’s a Netflix original, a cross between James Bond and John Wick, very violent a lot of 1 liners.


Maxed out Shadowlands Skinning and got Shadowlands Master of All achievement.

Crystarium Deliveries / Studium Deliveries (5.0 / 6.0 job/role quests)

All crafting jobs at 63+

Working on farming Crafter’s Scrips to buy the job tools at level 70.

Each tool costs 225 Scrips and every job needs a primary and secondary tool.
